Q: Is that fee optional? " Admission to West Grand Canyon with a lunch $80.00/person (This fee must be paid on tour.)" What about if I don't want to have lunch there? The fee for West Grand Canyon is mandatory.The fee must be paid while on tour; the West Grand Canyon is located on Indian Reservation therefore the fee must be paid to enter.

Q: 1. If we decide to do a stop over in Las Vegas for a couple of days, can we resume the tour returning to LA? 2. We have 4 adults and would prefer to sleep in a Quad room. If you decide to leave the tour you will not be able to join again, you will have to remain with the group.
The price for 4 Guest in 1 hotel room is $3012, that will be the price for this year.This tour will not visit any herbal medicine places, nor any other location not listed on the tour's itinerary description.

This tour usually gets back to Los Angeles at approximately 6:30pm-7:00pm, but there may be 30-60min delay due to traffic or weather conditions.If you would like to take this tour, we suggest booking your flight after 10:30pm in order to catch your flight.
You would still need to find transportation from one of the pick-up locations to LAX, which will deter you for at least another hour after your drop-off.

Each tour group is driven on a tour coach bus capable of accommodating 45-58 people.Unfortunately the tour itinerary cannot be altered.
The tour group stops at various food courts for each meal period where all guests will have the opportunity to purchase a meal of their choosing.
There is a service fee for the tour guide and bus driver (together) daily of $6/day per person.
For an 11-day tour, each person at the end of the tour will pay an additional $66 in service fees to the tour guide and bus driver.

Secondly, I was wondering if there were any route 66 stops we make on any of the days. On the first day of the tour, you approximately get to Las Vegas anytime between 2pm-4pm.As soon as you check into your hotel, you are free to do as you please.
Unfortunately the tour will go by freeway.
You will be passing by Route 66 on numerous occassions while driving on the 1-15 north, but unfortunately the tour bus does not stop anywhere where a sign for Route 66 will be available to take a picture.

This offer works on a shared room basis.
If you have more than 2 guests in 1 room the pricing reflects the cost of double occupancy.
You must book all names of the guest to calculate this offer properly.
If you book for 2 then the 3rd guests will not be permitted on the tour.

No, you do not need to fill out the profile page in your account.You can make a partial payment for your tour, however please keep in mind, your tour is not confirmed until full payment has been received. So your seats are not secured with a partial payment.
It is best to make full payment at the time you place your reservation so that your tour confirmation process can begin.
